A delightful surprise at dawn

Woke up to the cheerful staff greeting us, and the breakfast spread was a feast of options. The view of City Hall made our mornings special!

However, the room's storage space was frustratingly inadequate, making it hard to settle in comfortably during our five-night stay.

Insufficient storage space in the room!!! A luggage stand would be a simple addition to improve usability!!! The lobby bar prices are hilariously high, making it a no-go for a casual drink!!!

the autographs collection offered a great location, just a short walk to many attractions. the deluxe king room was spacious and well-appointed. breakfast was outstanding with plenty of delicious options. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us.
